What I have already shipped

In eight of the twelve projects below, the site and the system behind it were built together. That is where things usually break, when each part comes from a different supplier.

+150brands in my career
+20sites and systems live
12recent launches
8with their own system

Identity, websites, decks, print, video, paid traffic, SEO: I have worked on every one of those pieces across more than 150 brands. That is why I can spot, in minutes, which one is out of step with the rest.

0606 The method

AI speeds up the process.
The method is mine.

Anyone can ask a tool for a website today and get a website. What it does not hand back is judgment. More than 150 brands passed through my hands before this: identity, print, decks, campaigns and websites. That repertoire is what tells me what to ask the AI for, what to throw away from what it returns, and what should never have been built at all.

The problem comes before the layout

No screen gets designed before I understand what is blocking the business. A beautiful site solving the wrong problem is money in the bin, and it is the most expensive mistake I see.

The decision AI does not make

Tools generate options, and plenty of them. What to cut, what to lead with and where people give up halfway is still the call of someone who has got it wrong before. That does not come out of a prompt.

Built to last, not to hand over

Accessibility, search and performance go in on the first line, not as a layer at the end. It is what keeps the site working two years later, without anyone having to patch it.

Speed is a consequence, not a shortcut

I deliver in weeks what usually takes months. Not by doing less: by knowing, before I start, what does not need to be done.

Systems and platforms

06
Portal AtlasPortal

The biggest of them all. Student registration, check-in, invitations, yearbook, comms, support and shirts, each one its own module. It replaces the spreadsheet, the WhatsApp group and the paperwork that normally hold an entire graduation together.

Cherry StoreStore + Admin

An iPhone store in Teresópolis with same-day delivery, invoicing, warranty and trade-in. The site sells and the dashboard runs stock, pricing and orders, which was never possible from behind the counter.

LEXSite + Admin

“Intelligence that originates mandates.” Consulting for the high-performance legal market, in Portuguese and English, with publications managed from its own dashboard. Positioned around origination, not legal marketing.

LeaderX One
LeaderX OneSystem

The system behind the gatherings: editable agenda, curation of attendees and invitation management, operated by whoever runs the event without calling a developer every time.

Private access
Instituto BioSite + Admin

Biome restoration and food sovereignty in Teresópolis. A subject usually communicated with activism becomes an argument about territory here, with a dashboard so the institute can publish without depending on anyone.

Private access
ORÁCULOBUSINESS
Oráculo BusinessPlatform

An artificial intelligence platform for small companies and startups. It cross-reads numbers, process and funnel to show where the business is stuck and what to do next. It hands that back as a plan, not as a report.

Event pages

02
ENGAGEVeleiros
LeaderX Engage · VeleirosEvent

Three days in Paraty, four Delta 41 yachts in the bay, a regatta and the Pousada Literária between one tack and the next. The page had to filter rather than persuade: anyone outside that world rules themselves out at the first scroll.

Private access
BILLIONSNETWORKING
Billions NetworkingEvent + Platform

Sixty seats, entry by invitation. The scarcity is real and the page works off it: the button requests an invitation, it does not sell a ticket. With a dashboard to manage sign-ups and the event’s online arm.

Perguntas frequentes

Why do some projects have no link?

Four of the twelve are closed: three are internal systems that only open behind a login, and one is a private event page. I can walk you through them in a conversation, with the client informed first. What I will not do is leave open on the internet what is not mine to open.

Do you build the site and the system behind it?

I do. In eight of the twelve projects on this page the two were built together. That is where most projects break: when the site comes from one supplier and the system from another, nobody owns the problem on the day the two stop talking. And the one paying for that meeting is you.

I already have a site. Can any of it be reused?

It depends on what is stuck. If the problem is that the site does not convert, it often gets solved without rebuilding anything. It is usually page structure and clarity of offer. If the problem is what happens after the form, the site is not even the wrong piece. I will tell you which of the two it is before proposing anything.

Where does artificial intelligence come into these projects?

In two different places. In the process, cutting down what would take months. And inside the product, when what unblocks the business is an engine that analyses and decides on its own, as in the platform listed here. Not every project needs the second, and I do not push AI where it solves nothing.

Do I need to be a large company to hire you?

No. What decides whether I can help is not the size of the company, it is whether there is a clear bottleneck. If you tell me in one sentence what is stuck and I cannot see how to fix it, I will say so on the spot. It works out cheaper for both of us.
